Open access policy
The journal Constructos Criminológicos adheres to the Diamond Open Access model, through which all published articles are freely, immediately and permanently available to readers anywhere in the world, without any subscription or access cost. Likewise, the journal does not charge fees for the submission, evaluation, processing or publication of manuscripts, guaranteeing the free dissemination of scientific knowledge for both authors and readers. This model promotes the democratization of knowledge, the visibility of academic production and open scientific exchange, in accordance with the principles of universal access to research and open science.

January-June 2026, is a biannual journal with continuous publication edited by the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, through the Faculty of Law and Criminology. Publication address: Av. Universidad s/n, Cd. Universitaria, C.P. 66455, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico.
