Abstract

Forced disappearances are considered a very delicate event in Mexico since nationwide there are more than 100,000

disappeared people and 52,000 unidentified bodies. Politicians sendto kidnap people who know important

information that they do not want to come to light, that is why it is ofutmost importance to know that these disappearances

are extended to be committed by any type of people and not only tokidnappers and common murderers. That is why it is important

to know everything behind these heinous acts. "Every Mexican has the right to be sought, federal and state authorities are

obliged to search for disappeared persons" (Nación, n.d.).

This practice violates multiple human rights, including the right toprotection, the right to security and liberty of the person,

the right to an identity, among others. Here we will also talk aboutsome articles that protect the rights that violate

enforced   disappearances, such as the prohibition of torture, physical and psychological harm.

This topic covers different areas in which it is important to be evaluated more extensively, such as legal,

economic, social issues, etc. It is important to be informed and know what to do if it happens to us or even someone close to us.

For example, knowing the protocol of an Amber alert and carryingit out correctly.
